Man United face Cambridge and the rest of the FA Cup's fourth round draw

The Us are the lowest ranked side remaining in the competition.

THE DRAW FOR the fourth round of the FA Cup kept the big guns of the Premier League apart.

The lowest ranked side remaining in the competition, League Twoโ€™s Cambridge United, will host Manchester United in a tie that will do nothing to stem the flow of broadcasters using the phrase โ€˜magic of the Cupโ€™.

Leaders of the Premier League Chelsea will host either Millwall or Bradford and Manchester City will be at home to Middlesbrough.

Liverpool will also enjoy a home draw, after beating AFC Wimbledon for the right to host Bolton, while Arsenal will travel to meet Brighton and Hove Albion.

The FA Cup fourth round draw:

Southampton /Ipswich v Crystal Palace

Cambridge United v Manchester United

Blackburn Rovers v Swansea

Chelsea v Millwall/Bradford

Derby v Scunthorpe / Chesterfield

Preston v Sheffield United

Birmingham City v West Brom

Aston Villa v AFC Bournemouth

Cardiff City v Reading

Liverpool v Bolton

Burnley/ Spurs v Leicester City

Brighton and Hove Albion v Arsenal

Rochdale v Stoke City

Sunderland v Fulham / Wolves

Doncaster / Bristol City v Everton / West Ham

Manchester City v Middlesborough

Is this what coverage of the rest of Liverpoolโ€™s season will sound like?

David Moyes: Beating Barca was โ€˜similar to the early days at Evertonโ€™

Potential for Gaffney and Morrissey to play vs Utd, would be brilliant for them if they get a run

Sunday Times Sports Supplement yesterday, David Walsh did the report on the Us game v the Hatters.

Luke Chadwick was asked if heโ€™d like to go back to Old Trafford with the Us. โ€œNahโ€, he replied, โ€œIโ€™d prefer to have them in the Abbeyโ€.

Walsh concludes his match report by saying that heโ€™s still dreaming, referring to Chadwick.

Well guess what, that dreamโ€™s become a reality now.

Hope for the Us sake itโ€™s kept at the Abbey & that itโ€™s televised for the club for financial reasons.

Think the lower ranked team should always be given home advantage up until say quarter finals or something, would really make things a lot more interesting!

Another tricky-ish tie for Utd but couldโ€™ve been worse.

Theyโ€™re a team managed by Arsene Wenger, continously competing for 4th place and havenโ€™t won a league title since 2004 ;)
