ESPN's new documentary on Ireland's politically-charged 94 World Cup journey looks brilliant

The show will air in the States on Tuesday.

AHEAD OF THE World Cup, ESPN’s renowned 30 for 30 documentary series is specifically focusing on soccer-related stories.

And in January, it was announced that one of the programmes would look at Ireland’s 1994 World Cup journey and in particular, its relationship with the Troubles and the Loughinisland massacre.

A trailer has now been released for the show, which can be seen below, and the programme is set to air in the US on Tuesday.

    with all the talk of concussion these days and its long term effects this seems like a very hasty return to action. i hope they haven’t left anything to chance.
