TAMMY ABRAHAM, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Joe Gomez have been called up to the England squad for November’s friendly matches against Germany and Brazil.
Striker Abraham, on loan at Swansea City from Chelsea, has been in good form for Paul Clement’s side and has been rewarded with his first senior call-up.
The former England youth international was eligible to play for Nigeria but denied he had decided to switch allegiance from the Three Lions back in September.
Loftus-Cheek of Crystal Palace and Liverpool full-back Gomez have also earned their first places in Gareth Southgate’s set-up.
Manchester United auxiliary man Ashley Young has earned a recall, over four years after his last cap, while Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose made his return following a spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.
Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks kept his place in the squad after impressing on his debut in last month’s 1-0 win away to Lithuania in World Cup qualifying.
But there was no room for Manchester United centre-back Chris Smalling, Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere or the Liverpool pair of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Daniel Sturridge.
England squad:

Kills me to say it but English football is in a decent spot at the moment; Stones, Winks, Maguire, Butland, Pickford, Alli, Dier, Sterling, Kane, etc….all under 25…..not to mention the U-17′s and U-20′s World Cup wins.
@Brian O’Loughlin: You forgot Jack Grealish….oh wait.
@Brian O’Loughlin: Don’t worry. The English press will destroy them before they can make an impact.
@Brian O’Loughlin: ah stop wait till Russia then it’s the usual implosion
