Enda Kenny's Ryder Cup gaffe leaves golf fans shaking their heads

Europe, Enda. Europe.

ENDA KENNY APPEARED on Sky Sports yesterday to talk about golf, and it didn’t really go to plan.

The Taoiseach was brought on for an interview when play at the Irish Open was suspended due to the weather and Irish viewers were far from impressed.

When speaking about the Ryder Cup, he touched on “the clash between Britain and the States” when in fact, it has been contested between Europe and the USA since 1979.
