Spurs drew 2-2 with Basel on Thursday and, with the match tied 4-4 after extra time, the game went to penalties. Ton Huddlestone and Emmanuel Adebayor then went to work.

Huddlestone saw his penalty attempt saved but Adebayor sent his effort into orbit:
