Video: 3 exercises you need to include in your core workout

It’s not all about sit-ups.

YOUR ‘CORE’ CONSISTS of everything apart from your head, arms and legs.

However, when people think of the core they automatically think of six pack and abs.

If you are wasting your time doing sit-ups and crunches, you are still in the dark ages.

These exercises work by stabilising the spine and not flexing it. Continually flexing the spine can increase your risk of injury.

Give this routine a go and let us know how you get on. Try 2-3 sets of eight reps on each exercise.
