Earls and O'Callaghan named in Munster side to face Saracens

There are no huge surprises in the selection for the Irish side’s pivotal Heineken Cup tie.

THE MUNSTER SIDE to face Saracens this weekend has been announced, and there are no great surprises to the selection.

Felix Jones, James Coughlan, Ronan O’Gara and Keith Earls all feature in the team, having overcome recent injuries, and there are seven changes in all to the side that played Edinburgh in Round 2.

Meanwhile, development contracted player Dave O’Callaghan is handed his first Heineken Cup start in the back row, owing to injuries picked up by Niall Ronan, Sean Dougall, and Tommy O’Donnell.

The game takes place in Thomond Park Stadium tomorrow at 6pm.

Munster: F Jones; D Howlett capt, K Earls, J Downey, S Zebo; R O’Gara, C Murray; D Kilcoyne, M Sherry, BJ Botha; D O’Callaghan, D Ryan; Dave O’Callaghan, P O’Mahony, J Coughlan.Replacements: D Varley, W du Preez, S Archer, B Holland, P Butler, D Williams, I Keatley, C Laulala.
