Watch the WWE's emotional tribute to Dusty Rhodes from last night's Money in the Bank

The WWE gave the legend a fitting send off during last night’s PPV.

FOLLOWING HIS DEATH last Thursday, many in the world of professional wrestling have been paying tribute to ‘The American Dream’ Dusty Rhodes.

Last night, the current stars of the WWE — where Rhodes, whose real name was Virgil Runnels, only spent a short period of time — took time out of the Money In The Bank pay-per-view to say farewell to the man whose two sons, Dustin Runnels (Goldust) and Cody Runnels (Stardust), still wrestle in the organisation.

Indeed, nearly the entire roster stood in front of the giant screen for the traditional 10-bell salute:
