The Templeogue men recorded a 1-12 to 1-09 victory over Parnell’s with inter-county forward Kevin McManamon scoring 1-06 including an important goal on 31 minutes.
Elsewhere, current holders Ballymun Kickhams defeated Raheny 0-15 to 0-7. Having led 0-9 to 0-3 at half-time, they went on to claim a 8-point advantage at the final whistle.
