ST VINCENTS REMAIN on course for another successful defence of their Dublin senior football championship title.
The Marino club, winners in 2013 and ’14, recorded a 2-14 to 0-6 victory against Naomh Olaf this evening, with former Dublin star Mossy Quinn netting their second goal from a penalty.
There were six Dublin SFC games in total down for decision, with wins also for St Anne’s, Fingal Ravens, Cuala, St Mary’s Saggart and Round Towers.
St Anne’s snatched a one-point win against Ballinteer St Johns, Round Towers had 10 points to spare versus Templeogue Synge Street, Fingal Ravens won comfortably against Parnells, Cuala were two-point victors over Erin’s Isle and St Mary’s had a five-point triumph at the expense of O’Tooles.
