A runner proposed at the finish line of the Dublin Half Marathon

Scott Norton got down on one knee after completing yesterday’s run.

YESTERDAY SAW 7,500 runners take to the capital’s streets for the Dublin Half Marathon.

Having run 13.1 miles, Scott Norton didn’t cross the line first but you can bet he went home feeling like a champion after proposing to his partner Deirdre Cannon, from Connecticut, who said yes.
