There's some big showdowns in store after Dublin senior football second round draw

Ballyboden St-Enda’s are set for a collision course with Kilmacud Crokes.

THE SECOND ROUND draw of this year’s Dublin senior football championship will pit recent title winners against each other.

The reigning champions Ballyboden St-Enda’s, who were crowned All-Ireland club winners on St Patrick’s Day, will face fellow southside outfit Kilmacud Crokes, who last lifted the title in 2010.

Elsewhere 2012 champions Ballymun Kickhams will face the 2011 kingpins St Brigid’s.

St Vincent’s, who won back-to-back championships in 2013 and 2014 before losing last year’s final, have been drawn against Na Fianna in the last 16 stage.

The dates and venues for these games have yet to be confirmed with the fixtures likely to be held up due to Dublin’s involvement in this summer’s senior football championship.
