Mayo add Buckley to management team

Senior football manager James Horan has brought in the former Kerry trainer for the 2013 season.

DONIE BUCKLEY WILL join the backroom staff of Mayo’s senior football panel for the 2013 season, it has been announced tonight.

Former Kerry trainer Buckley, who also had spells with Limerick and Clare, becomes the newest addition to James Horan’s team, which lost out to Donegal in the All-Ireland SFC final last month.

A short statement released this evening said:  ”The Mayo County Board can tonight confirm that James Horan has added Donie Buckley to the Mayo Senior Football Management Team for 2013.

We are delighted to have acquired the services of someone as talented as Donie Buckley and look forward to working with him.”
