We are not 100% sure if Roscommon's David Keenan meant this sublime chip

Clare and Tipperary scored a host of fine points in the Division 4 final, meanwhile, but Martin O’Leary’s goal stood out.

ROSCOMMON DEFEATED CAVAN by two points in this evening’s Allianz Football League Division 3 final at Croke Park. Donie Shine scored six points and Rossies goalkeeper Darren O’Malley saved a Cavan penalty but David Keenan will be the talk of his county for weeks to come.

With his team trailing by four points, heading into half-time, Keenan went on an epic, solo run and chipped Conor Gilsenan in the Cavan goal. Judge for yourself if the effort was a superbly judged dink or a point attempt that dropped short.
