He came on as a second-half sub in both wins over Monaghan and Longford though he started in the defeat to Donegal.
The Examiner’s John Fogarty reports that Harte has already attempted to contact Mulligan “but the 30-year-old may appear a more difficult prospect to convince back” compared to Philip Jordan.
