In Connacht the focus is on football with the two semi-final clashes taking place on Sunday.

Reigning champions St Brigid’s travel to Pearse Stadium to face Galway’s Salthill-Knocknacarra while Ballaghaderreen will meet Curry in Castlebar.
In addition on Saturday the club championship finals in junior football, junior hurling and intermediate football all take place.

In Leinster the spotlight falls on Gaelic football matters on Sunday. There are quarter-finals down for decision in Aughrim, Longford, Newbridge and Mullingar as the four semi-final spots are up for grabs.
There is a big hurling match to keep an eye on as well with county honours to be decided on Noreside as Ballyhale Shamrocks face Dicksboro.
