CORK ARE HEADING for the qualifier route in the wake of last night’s Munster final loss against Kerry with Kildare looming large next Saturday.

And after operating without Eoin Cadogan in last night’s replay, Cork may not have back HIM in harness for the clash with the Lilywhites.

Manager Brian Cuthbert revealed after last night’s game that a torn hamstring had ruled Cadogan out of the clash.

He was a loss given his excellent form in the drawn game although his replacement Jamie O’Sullivan did enjoy success in quelling the influence of Kerry captain Kieran Donaghy.

Cuthbert admitted that Cork will adopt a wait-and-see approach before determining whether Cadogan will be fit for next week’s clash but the Douglas man is a major doubt.
