Cork GAA dominate Ladies' All-Star awards

In addition, Briege Corkery received the LGFA Senior Player’s Player of the Year.

ALL-IRELAND CHAMPIONS Cork have seven representatives on the 2012 TG4/O’Neill’s Ladies’ All Star team.

Meanwhile, Kerry, who Cork beat in the final, have three players on the team.

In addition, Cork’s Briege Corkery received the LGFA Senior Player’s Player of the Year at the ceremony, while Caroline O’Hanlon won Intermediate Player of the Year and and Clare Timoney was named Junior Player’s Player of the Year.

It was Corkery’s umpteenth accolade, having already won six All-Star awards and seven All-Ireland titles.
