CORK MANAGER BRIAN Cuthbert has named a 28-man panel for the 2014 Football Championship.

Four players who featured in the league campaign – John McLoughlin, Kevin O’Driscoll, Micheal Ó Laoire and Alan Cronin Jr — have been omitted.

Wing-back Kevin Crowley is the only U21 player to make the cut but an additional eight players from Cork’s Munster underage-winning panel, including captain Conor Dorman, will work with the squad as development players.

The Rebels begin their campaign on 16 June when they face either Limerick or Tipperary in the Munster semi-finals.
