YESTERDAY WE BROUGHT you the first episode of the UFC Embedded series that has gone behind the scenes with Conor McGregor and others in the build up to Saturday’s Vegas fight night.

The second episode caught up with McGregor on Monday as he jetted down to Hollywood for a whistlestop media tour.

The Notorious packed in interviews with Sirius XM radio and Fox Sports Live among others on a hectic schedule.

“Handle business like a professional inside and outside the Octagon,” he quipped afterwards.

“Now we fly back to Las Vegas. Ring the butler, tell him I’m on my way.”

I think it’s great that he’s smart enough to embrace the commercial and media side of this sport. This is where he’ll make his money, fighting is one thing the hard way to make the money…where as sponsorship, endorsements, interviews etc. Easy money and plenty of it!!..Best of luck to him!

All part of his appeal. Love him or hate him, you want to watch him and that’s what sells fights. If he knocks out Poirier (which I don’t think he can do) he’ll write his own cheques after that. He’s Irish and he’s doing well for himself so good luck to the lad.

Not so sure, I think he’s every bit as good as he says he is.
