Cobh hadn’t won on the road since late 2008!

COBH RAMBLERS ENDED their long, long wait for an away win when they beat Athlone Town 4-1 on Friday night.

Their last win on the road was almost seven years ago when they beat St Patrick’s Athletic 3-0 in October 2008.

As they celebrated, Cobh put the milestone into perspective with one succinct tweet:
