Parra, capped 56 times for France and who had an outstanding World Cup for his country in 2011, will start for the Auvergne side having recovered from a shoulder injury he picked up against La Rochelle on 11 October.
Elsewhere, Davit Zirakashvili and Alexandre Lapandry are reintroduced to the pack while former All Blacks wing Zac Guildford comes in on the wing.
