Cillian O'Connor the only change for Mayo

James Horan makes a single switch ahead of the Croke Park showdown with Cork in the league decider.

MAYO BOSS James Horan has made a single change for the National Football League showdown with Cork.

They face the Rebels in the Division 1 showpiece at Croke Park on Sunday (throw-in 4pm).

Cillian O’Connor is drafted in at full forward alongside Conor Mortimer and Michael Conroy. The Young Footballer of the Year gets the nod ahead of Jason Doherty.

Last night, Cork announced their side with Horan’s counterpart Conor Counihan too making just one change. Eoin Cotter misses out, as Eoin Cadogan moves to corner back to accommodate the return of Graham Canty at centre back.

Mayo (v Cork, National Football League final): D Clarke; K Keane, G Cafferkey, K Higgins; L Keegan, D Vaughan, C Boyle; B Moran, J Gibbons; K McLoughlin, A Moran (c), A Dillon; C Mortimer, C O’Connor, M Conroy.
