Chelsea to make another bid for Modric that Tottenham will turn down

The Luka Modric transfer saga is at about stage 12 out of 73, according to our calculations.

TOTTENHAM WILL BE reaffirming Luka Modric’s loyalty to the cause tomorrow morning, after Chelsea make their latest move to pry away the Croatian schemer, according to F365.

The Blues bid £22million for Modric earlier this summer and it is known that he is keen on a move away from White Hart Lane.

Modric met Spurs chairman Daniel Levy last week and was told that he will not be allowed to leave the club under any circumstances.

However, the 25-year-old says that Levy is reneging on a gentleman’s agreement between the pair, wherein Modric was told he could leave the club this summer in exchange for his signature on a six-year deal last year.

It’s all lies, damn lies and statistics on the way to a Stamford Bridge unveiling on the last day of the transfer window, if you ask us.
