Loic Remy gave Chelsea the lead before getting injured.

EDEN HAZARD CAPPED a superb performance with a brace as Chelsea blitzed Maribor 6-0 this evening.

Loic Remy opened the scoring at Stamford Bridge with this fine strike in the 13th minute.

It was the Frenchman’s last involvement of the night though as he appeared to injure himself while stretching for a ball shortly before scoring.

He was substituted moments later for Didier Drogba, who doubled Chelsea’s lead from the penalty spot on 23 minutes.

John Terry made it 3-0 before a Maribor own goal gave Chelsea a four goal advantage.
