JAMIE CARRAGHER AND Paul Ince seem to enjoy picking best XIs.

On the back of their all-time Liverpool-Man United XI, they’ve had a go at picking a best-ever Ireland team.

And there’s one big omission, with John Giles — often considered Ireland’s greatest ever player — not making the final cut.

In fairness to the duo however, Giles’ heyday in the late 60s and early 70s may have been a bit before their time.

Moreover, inevitably, it’s not the only big call, as you’ll see in the video below.
