IT WAS ANNOUNCED earlier today that Barcelona stalwart Carles Puyol won’t recover in time to play Saturday’s La Liga decider meaning the defender has called time on his 15-year career.
The club have made a short tribute video in which football greats such as Pep Guardiola, Louis van Gaal, Luis Enrique and Demetrio Albertini pay tribute to the former captain.
There is also classic footage of Puyol as a floppy-haired 14-year-old.
