ROBBIE BRADY AND Jeff Hendrick know each other better than most team-mates.
The pair played on the same St Kevin’s Boys team as schoolboys and came up through Ireland underage system together to become stars of the senior team.
Now both are plying their trade at Burnley, along with fellow Irish internationals Jon Walters, Stephen Ward and Kevin Long.
Sean Dyche’s side faced Celta Vigo in a pre-season friendly at Turf Moor last night, and old pals Brady and Hendrick combined for both goals in a 2-2 draw.
The first is particularly pleasing on the eye. Plenty more of that please, lads.

Boost to see Brady back but hopefully Wards Ireland career is done. Did well enough last few years but the Denmark performance and the Keane/ Arter situation weren’t pretty time for Doherty and Cunningham to take over
@Jason Oliver: Would agree with a lot of what you say. I have to say that I hope Brady does not just walk in to the eam, as he has being terrible lately. I know about the injuries.
Brady needs to get his game together. A lot of talent but need more than that . The game passes him too often. Before the injury he was very good but that is the past .
