Bryan Cooper breaks leg in fall at Cheltenham Festival

The 21-year-old has been brought to hospital in Gloucester.

JOCKEY BRYAN COOPER has sustained a broken leg in a fall at Cheltenham this evening, it has been confirmed.

The Kerry native fell on Clarcam in the Fred Winter, breaking his right tibia and fibula and has been taken to hospital in Gloucester according to Gigginstown racing manager Eddie O’Leary.

The 21-year-old previously broke a leg in March 2013 in fall at Down Royal.
