โTWO MINUTES IN heaven is better than one minute in heaven.โ โ Flight of the Conchords, Business Time.
In the end, Leinster supporters got eight minutes of Brian OโDriscoll before their favourite son limped off with a calf injury. His teammates rallied from his early loss and a 6-0 deficit to beat Glasgow Warriors 34-12 and retain the RaboDirect Pro12 title.
OโDriscoll was interviewed on TV after the game but was a strange no-show at the post-match briefing. Apparently, he did not want to deflect from the other 22 players than had a hand in securing silverware for the the sixth time in seven seasons.
It was left to Leinster head coach Matt OโConnor to field questions on OโDriscollโs injury. โI donโt even know, I donโt care. Heโs not playing again, move on,โ remarked the Australian. He added, โโHe wonโt miss any more games, the injury isnโt that significant.โ
Fair play delighted for Mcarthy would love to see him get a shot at Celtic
@James Dundon: part of me would but it would be a step back for him. Celtic needs a serious overhaul if they are to regain their greatness and its really high time Scottish teams joined the English leagues.
Heโll do okay at this level for sure
@Noel Doherty: did alrite at International level aswell.
