Leinster rugby stars pay Donnybrook visit as Blackrock overpower Newbridge

‘Rock had too much pace and power for the Kildare side to advance to the Leinster School Senior Cup final.

LEINSTER RUGBY STARS Isaac Boss, Brendan Macken and Leo Auva’a were among the Sunday spectators at Donnybrook this afternoon as Blackrock defeated Newbridge to advance to the Leinster Schools Senior Challenge Cup final.

Zack O’Hagan, Nick Timoney and Jack Power all crossed for tries in the 34-14 victory for Blackrock as they overpowered the students from Kildare. They will face either St Andrew’s or Clongowes in the final on 16 March at the RDS.
