Insane Quade Cooper pass only finishes second in impressive Top 5

And before you say ‘Carlos Spencer’, the All Black only came third.

QUADE COOPER JOINED the Rugby HQ panel on Australia’s Fox Sports last night but his presence was not enough to bump him into top spot in the show’s list of best passes ever.

The southern hemisphere-favouring list did not feature Brian O’Driscoll [Lions v Australia], Christophe Lamaison [France v Wales] or George North [Wales v Ireland] but has some well deserving candidates in its Top 5.

Carlos Spencer features but only makes it into third. Cooper was second, for a fantastic backhanded effort against the Highlanders in 2010, while David Campese gets the nostalgic nod for ‘best ever’.
