YESTERDAY’S MIDLANDS DERBY between West Brom and Aston Villa was as hotly-contested as you might expect between two sides struggling in the bottom half of the Premier League.
Kieran Richardson was sent-off for an over-zealous challenge and Baggies goalkeeper Ben Foster has tweeted a picture of the war wounds.
We are still trying to work out who the foot belongs to but regardless of the identity of the player, their foot is not in the best of health: just look at those toes!
But, god only knows how the player (judging by the boots and a bit of investigative journalism, we’ve come up with Craig Gardner?) managed to sustain such an injury.
