In association with Avonmore Protein Milk, the Follow Fitness series saw former Munster out-half Jonny Holland, Cork ladies footballer Saoirse Noonan and The42‘s own Ryan Bailey outline their experiences in hitting their respective goals.
Holland, who was forced to retire early from rugby before qualifying as a nutritionist, provided expert advice both in the gym and the kitchen, while giving a valuable understanding of what it takes to achieve your desired results.
Noonan, meanwhile, not only completed her Leaving Certificate over the course of the 12 weeks, but made her senior championship debut for Cork in the Munster football final, as she came off the bench to score a brace of goals.
The 18-year-old has also starred in the Women’s National League for Cork City FC this term and, despite her busy schedule, found the time to chart her experiences in a weekly diary piece.
Both ambassadors joined Ryan Bailey — who is currently training for his first triathlon and second marathon — on the line from Cork, as they discussed their experiences throughout the campaign and delved deeper into some of the subjects they touched on over the last three months.
