The first teaser was released yesterday, and it went straight to the top of the iTunes sports podcast charts, as well as the number one podcast in Ireland.
Familiar panelists John Giles, Liam Brady and Didi Hamann are set to join Dunphy as regular contributors to the ‘The Stand’, having helped launch the podcast in Trinity College on Monday night.
“I hope it will be an intelligent, funny, irreverent, candid look at sport. That will be the aim,” Dunphy recently told TheJournal.ie.
“I’m very excited about it because I love radio. It’s a great medium and this is a great chance to talk at more length.”
