SHAMROCK ROVERS WILL host Cork City in the quarter-finals of the FAI Cup after the draw was made this morning.
The FAI’s director of competitions Fran Gavin and Longford Town boss Alan Mathews were live on RTE’s Morning Ireland for the draw and there is no shortage of tasty ties.

The match at Tallaght Stadium will attract most attention with last year’s runner-up taking on the Hoops who haven’t won the competition since 1987.
Cup holders Dundalk will travel to UCD for their last-eight clash should they overcome Crumlin United in their last-16 fixture which was delayed due to their European exploits.
St Pat’s will entertain First Division side Cobh Ramblers in another appetising clash while Wexford Youths and Derry City will also battle it out for a place in the semi-finals.
All of the fixtures will be played on the weekend of 9-11 September.
