Conan ruled out of Zebre clash through injury

Jordi Murphy takes his place at eight.

JACK CONAN HAS been ruled out of Leinster’s Guinness Pro12 game with Zebre tomorrow after suffering an injury.

The backrow picked up an ankle injury in training yesterday and his place in the eight jersey will be taken by Jordi Murphy.

However, Leinster head coach Leo Cullen also confirmed that it was not a serious issue and he expects the Old Belvedere clubman to be back available for next weekend’s home game with the Ospreys.

With Murphy promoted from the bench to start, Leinster A captain Peadar Timmins will now take  his place among the replacements.

Kick off Sunday is at 3pm.
