THE FAI TODAY announced that the ticket appeals portal they set up for Euro 2016 will close a midnight on Wednesday 24 February.
The portal was created to facilitate Irish supporters who missed out of tickets for this summer’s tournament through Uefa’s own ticket lottery.
However, the organisation has 2,000 tickets in reserve for supporters that will go to those fans with “a proven track record” of attending Ireland games ensuring, they state, that “the most loyal supporters” will be facilitated.
Those wishing to be considered for tickets need to forward their notification email from Uefa to euro2016@fai.ie along with their FAI account number before midnight on Wednesday.
