WITH THE ONGOING rioting in Baltimore, Major League Baseball took the unprecedented decision to play the Orioles v Chicago White Sox game behind closed doors on Wednesday.
The game was completely closed to fans but some members of the media and a small number of scouts were allowed watch in Camden Yards.
The two teams took to the field at 7.05pm (GMT) and went about everything pretty much as usual with the national anthem being played before the game got under way.
