Kieran Marmion's latest sidestep was so explosive, he needed to ice his heels afterwards

The Connacht scrum-half can probably tear it up on the dance floor with such nimble footwork.

Marmion was at it again last Friday in Connacht’s ultimately disappointing 24-24 draw with Cardiff. The way Marmion explodes off either foot is wreaking havoc on defences at the moment.
