As it happened: Dublin v Monaghan, All-Ireland SFC quarter-final

Monaghan will look to dethrone the champions in Croke Park and we’ll have all the action.

CAN MONAGHAN DEFY their status as massive underdogs and topple Dublin to take their place in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-finals?

It’s the second of our double-header of quarter-final games in Croke Park and we’re following the action all the way.

6mins: Monaghan really should have taken the lead after some good approach play, Conor McManus’ effort drifts just wide though.

28mins – And Bernard Brogan has their second goal, similar finish to Connolly’s except this it goes through Beggan’s legs

30mins – Alan Brogan gets on the scoresheet now and, in the blink of an eye, Dublin are eight points clear.

For twenty minutes we had a contest but Dublin’s five minute spell in the middle of the half was too much for their Ulster opponents to live with.
