Armagh led by a point, 0-6 to 0-5, at half-time but were reduced to 13 men early in the second half when Finnian Moriarty was sent off for a second yellow card.
Otherwise, Shane Stapleton of the Irish Daily Star reports, the game wasn’t too dirty:

Tyrone hit the front in the 53rd minute when Aidan McCrory scored the opening goal to make it 1-7 to 0-9.
The game looked to have swung back in the hosts’ favour when Eugene McVerry scored to put Armagh 1-10 to 1-7 ahead with 12 minutes to play.
But Tyrone finished with five unanswered points and Armagh’s Aaron Findon saw red late on as Kieran McGeeney suffered his first defeat as Orchard boss.
