THE GAA CLUB season is drawing to a close over the next few weeks but it’s hard to beat the meeting of the Aran Islands and Achill Island as the most novel pairing that has taken place this season.
The teams met last month in Tuam Stadium in the Connacht junior club football final with the Aran Islands winning out by 0-16 to 0-8.
