SEVEN COUNTIES WILL be in the draw for the preliminary round qualifiers in the 2013 All-Ireland senior hurling championship, which takes place next Monday morning.
The draw is set to be broadcast live on Morning Ireland on RTÉ Radio 1.
The pairings for three preliminary ties will be determined while one county will get a bye to Phase 1.
Last Sunday’s beaten Munster quarter-finalists Waterford are already in the draw along with the Leinster quartet of Antrim, Carlow, London and Westmeath.
The other two teams involved will be the losers of this weekend’s Leinster hurling quarter-finals – Dublin against Wexford tomorrow and Kilkenny against Offaly on Sunday.
The three preliminary round ties will be staged on Saturday June 22nd with the winners of those three games then advancing to Phase 1 where they will join the county who gets a bye to that stage.
The two games in Phase 1 are to take place on Saturday June 29th with the first round in the qualifiers of the All-Ireland senior football championship down for decision the same day.
The draw for those football qualifiers is to take place on RTÉ Radio on Monday June 17th.
