DUBLIN BOSS JIM Gavin has named a youthful looking side to face Wicklow in tomorrow’s O’Byrne Cup clash.
Stephen Cluxton, Diarmuid Connolly and Bernard Brogan all must settle for a place on the bench as starting berths are instead awarded to, stand-out minors from last year, David Byrne and Eric Lowndes.
Robbie McCarthy and Gary Sweeney also get the nod in the full forward line, with centre half forward Kevin McManamon asked to add experience to the ranks.
The Dubs need only a point from the game at Parnell Park to qualify for the semi-final stage of the O’Byrne Cup taking place next Sunday, 20 January.
