The Bit O’Red’s fans were paid tribute to the club’s achievement at the Showgrounds last night.

THEY MAY HAVE been beaten on the final day of the season but it mattered little for Sligo Rovers fans who turned out in droves at the Showgrounds last night.

6,097 fans crammed into the Bit O’Red’s home ground as Ian Baraclough’s side celebrated a first title since 1977.
