IT’S NO SECRET that there’s no love lost in the rivalry between Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods.
And that is why one has to wonder if it was intentional or just a bizarre coincidence that Mickelson’s name was left off a list of the PGA Tour’s greatest winners at Tiger Woods’ website.
With Tiger winning this weekend’s The Memorial, he tied Jack Nicklaus with 73 career PGA Tour wins. And it didn’t take long for TigerWoods.com to update their list of the golfers with the most wins in PGA Tour history.
The list, seen below includes every golfer in PGA history to win at least 36 events. There is only one problem: Mickelson has 40 career wins and should be on the list.
Was it intentional? Would you be surprised if it was?
