However, there is no doubting that the Londoner has had an exceptional past 12 months.
Having only properly broken into Spurs’ first team in November 2014, the young striker’s rise has been meteoric.
The folks at Sky Sports have consequently highlighted just how impressive Kane has been in 2015, as he sits comfortably ahead of rival strikers in terms of Premier League goals scored.
Kane has been particularly impressive of late, playing an integral role in helping Tottenham rise to fourth, with 10 goals in his last nine league games.
