MICK COOKE WILL take over as the new Bray Wanderers boss, the club have confirmed.
The former Drogheda and Athlone manager takes over from Trevor Croly, whose departure was confirmed earlier this week.
Cooke’s coaching staff will be confirmed shortly, while the former St Pat’s and Shamrock Rovers player is contracted to the end of the 2016 season.
Despite persistent off-field issues that has seen the club coached by four different managers over the past four months, the Seagulls have secured some positive results of late and are currently ninth in the league.
