THE CHARLATANS PLAYED an intimate gig at the five-star Hotel Football in Manchester last night.
The 90s indie band, who were part of the Madchester scene, sang their hits for 150 people, before being joined on stage by one of the hotel’s owners — none other than Gary Neville.
The former Man United defender and Sky Sports pundit looked slightly out of place as he played guitar alongside frontman on ’Just When You’re Thinkin’ Things Over’.
